As regulations and costs increase in the ever-changing world of healthcare, providers must streamline their practices to maximize efficiency and comply with new regulations. With PASS, Ltd. healthcare providers can focus on what they do best, providing quality health care for patients, while having to worry less about managing the business side of their practices and coping with regulatory change. Whether your company is a small practice or a large hospital system, we can help.

We offer our services nationwide to physicians, dentists, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, DME providers, pharmacies, mental health providers and facilities, home health providers, physical and occupational therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists and optometrists. We will work with you to provide a level of service that is beneficial to your organization and within your budget. We can provide services in one of three fee structures or in a combination of the three:
PER CLAIM CHARGE:
This includes initial billing, follow-up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting. Billing to secondary insurance companies and patient statements are charged separately. This fee structure applies to all insurance plans.
PERCENT OF NEW COLLECTIONS:
This includes initial billing, follow-up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting. Secondary insurance billing and patient statements are included. This percentage applies to all insurance plans except capitated contracts, which may be billed at a different percentage.
FLAT FEE:
This includes initial billing, follow-up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting. Secondary insurance billing and patient statements are also included. This applies to all insurance plans. This fee structure is based on overall patient volume and revenues. Accordingly, this fee is reviewed quarterly and adjusted up or down during the first one-year contract. It is then reviewed bi-annually and may be adjusted up or down. Written notice is given prior to contract adjustment.
